In its 52nd year, the Minnesota Pork Congress (MPC) combines tradeshow and education event for all things pork-related. This fun event features a wide range of exhibitors, topical seminars and social activities designed exclusively for pig farmers and pork industry stakeholders. You’ll discover new products and services, network with other industry professionals, and maybe even enjoy a well-earned rest.

Dates for the Minnesota Pork Congress 2019

The Minnesota Pork Congress takes place February 5-6 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Hosted by the Minnesota Pork Producers Association and the Minnesota Pork Board, the MPC aims to keep the pork industry’s priorities at the forefront. Some of our industry’s most pressing topics will be highlighted during the event; including pig health, food trends, and the overall economic and export outlook.

The MPC will be showcasing a broad overview of the critical components for developing and sustaining your business and family legacy. Attendees can expect a full line-up of speakers, seminars, and educational events, covering many industry topics that will assist farms in maintaining a strategic advantage in the industry.

This celebration of all things swine is the perfect occasion to connect with fellow pork producers, network with allied partners, and challenge your perspective of the various opportunities and challenges facing our great industry.
