Yuhan received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University in 2018. Upon graduation, he joined the automed team and began work on the new app for iOS.

“Yuhan played an instrumental role in the development and release of our new iOS app,” comments David Edwards, CEO, automed. “The new app is very user-friendly and has a great look and feel thanks to the work that he has done on the app.”

Originally from Southwest China, Yuhan enjoys singing, watching movies, and fashion outside of work. When a good song comes on in the office, you can often hear him singing along.

“I enjoy being at automed and being the one working on the iOS app. I have full control of it and have been able to use my skills and creativity to develop the app,” comments Yuhan. “I enjoy working with my lovely colleagues and funny boss. What automed is doing is great for livestock and producers.”

Throughout the development of the iOS app, Yuhan tested the app every step of the way to ensure it would meet the needs of livestock producers. Once the app was finished, he continued extensive testing of the app and all its features. With his creativity, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills, he has been a great asset to the automed team.

The automed Essentials app for iOS was recently released in July and is available for Essentials users. The app, available on iPhones, has all of the same great features of the automed Essentials platform.
